Order Processing and Handmade Items: All orders at Banjara trail are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Our order processing time is typically 5-7 business days, during which our team carefully prepares your order for shipment.
Shipping Method and Shipment Information: Your order will be shipped via Economy Service to ensure cost-effective delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing shipment information on the same day. Please note that we do not ship orders on Sundays or Indian holidays. Customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival of the order by the customer, if applicable.
Delivery Time and External Factors: While we strive to deliver your order within a specified time frame, please understand that certain conditions are beyond our control, such as Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes or any unforeseen circumstances, severe weather or service interruptions, the delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, & may affect the actual delivery time. We will do our utmost to keep you informed of any delays and work towards resolving them promptly.
Shipping Address and Modifications: We kindly request that you double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. In case you find any errors, please inform us immediately via email before your order is shipped. Once your order is out for shipment, we are unable to make any changes or modifications. If you wish to cancel your order you can contact us within 24 hours of confirming the order.
Order Tracking and Status: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier service provider details. You can also sign in to our website to check your order status.
If we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability or poor product quality, we will cancel your order and offer you a refund back
If your zip code happens to be in a remote area outside our shipping partner's regular delivery zones, there might be an additional charge. Please be aware that any extra fees incurred in such cases are solely a matter between you and the shipping partner, and thebanjaratrail bears no responsibility for these charges. In the event that your order is temporarily held in your area due to specific documentation requirements, please understand that shipping companies have their own protocols. They may choose to either return the order to us or, in some cases, dispose of it. thebanjaratrail cannot be held accountable for these decisions.

At The Banjara Trail, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with sizing or product quality. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
If you encounter a sizing issue or receive a faulty product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the exchange process, kindly reach out on what's app +91 & mention your order no. along with clear pictures of the product, highlighting the issue. This will enable us to promptly assist you and process your exchange.
The Product has been handcrafted/Handprinted/hand embroidered/ dyed by hand and may have minor variation in color or embellishment. Every piece is unique, you may find variations in placement of patches and embroidery due to the nature of fabrics. These minor variations are the result of the human involvement in the process and add charm to the finished products while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.
Exchange is allowed once per order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is damaged or if you need a size change , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit. Please note : we do not offer refund In case your order is damaged in transit or you need a size change. you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unused, with original packaging). we do not offer reverse pick ups , the item needs to be sent to us by the customer. Incase your products are damaged in transit or you have received faulty items.
Pictures need to be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order , please note opening video of the parcel is a must , unfortunately we cannot entertain any requests without that. Since these products are handmade and one of a kind. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, you will receive the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.
In case of any return/exchange, The Shipping charges for per product is to be paid by the respective buyer.
We reserves the right to decide if the product is in the appropriate condition for exchange/return
and such decision shall be final and binding. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Please note that exchanges are only applicable for wrong sizing and faulty products. However, it is important to mention that we do not have a return/refund policy. Our focus is to provide you with a seamless exchange process to resolve any sizing or product quality concerns.

In order to ensure the perfect fit, please keep a few inches up and down and be aware that sizing may vary slightly based on the cut and type of garment.
